Street noise is unbearable at night!!! Not upgrading the outdated room decor is a mistake with modern expectations. Wi-Fi is hit or miss, very frustrating for business travelers. A bar and restaurant would enhance the overall experience!!!

it is a charming little property located in florence historic centre district not far from very close to piazza repubblica, restaurants and tourist attractions and shopping area. there is lots of excellent food for breakfast. gentle staff, they know their business.

The breakfast itself is amazing with the absolutely delicious croissant.

The Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I often found myself unable to reach most sites, frustrating. The maintenance staff was slow to respond to my requests for help.

The location was fantastic, with many of Florence's main attractions just a short walk away. The highlight for me was the breakfast coffee. Their espresso and cappuccino completely made my mornings. The WiFi was disappointing, and I struggled to access several sites during my stay. It was a pleasant experience that met my needs during my business trip.

This is a lovely hotel. The location is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very nice.

Our room didn't have a window to outside it looked onto another part of the building. It was like a 6x6 shaft with light coming through at the top. If I had known I would have requested a window to outside. However, this did not spoil our trip in any way as we didn't spend much time in the room! We also asked for twin beds - which they were but they were fixed very close together!

We are completely satisfied. Very central location and still quiet, almost everything is within walking distance. Very clean. Very friendly, uncomplicated and obliging. Thank you.

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the freshly made cappuccinos that energized my mornings. The location is fantastic and makes exploring the city so easy.

This was a superior hotel. The location was central, but on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and accommodating; nothing was beyond their ability to do. The room was comfortable and the amenities in the room were nice. The best breakfast out of 6 hotels I stayed in Italy. The lobby bar and lounge areas offered choices off of the street, but outside of the room.

Paying for wi-fi in the hotel and then only having access to it in the lobby. In this age, I'm generally of the opinion that wi-fi access should be free somewhere in a lodging facililty.

1- very poor and expensive internet facilities 2- Only Italian tv channels 3- Breakfast very poor and not appealing

The hotel offered an extensive breakfast buffet, with freshly made cappuccinos that energized my mornings. I loved the convenience of the location, making it easy to explore Florence's main attractions.

Nice Hotel, nice rooms, excellent location.

Really too noisy. Between the noise from the street and the noise for the neighbours it was almost impossible to sleep. As soon as the cleaning of the street starts no way we could sleep.
